We encourage reporting of such incidents and will take appropriate actions to address them. We will constantly minimize our environmental impact by adopting eco-friendly practices and efficient resource management. Examples of these practices are turning off lights and equipment when not in use, supporting remote work to reduce commuting-related emissions and encouraging employees to use sustainable transportation options such as carpooling, public transport and biking, as well as following the waste hierarchy by reducing unneccessary use of resources (like paper waste reduced through digital alternatives), reusing (like our hardware), and last but not least proper recycling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df5eaf1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"df5eaf1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>4.2.<\/b><b> <\/b>We will respect human rights, support labor rights, and oppose the exploitation of minors.
