Our Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards that all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners are expected to uphold in their interactions with colleagues, customers, and the broader community. This code reflects our dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable work environment.
1. Integrity and Ethics
1.1. We will act with honesty, transparency, and fairness in all our business dealings, and are committed to uphold high ethical standards, avoiding conflicts of interest and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We will neither tolerate discrimination, harassment, any form of disrespectful behavior within our organization, nor corruption, bribery, or any unfair competitive practices. We encourage reporting of such incidents and will take appropriate actions to address them. Employees are encouraged to seek guidance when facing ethical dilemmas.
1.2. We ensure customer data privacy and security, respect and protect confidential information and do not share or disclose sensitive data, including customer information, trade secrets, or proprietary information, without proper authorization.
2. Working Environment
2.1. We are committed to maintaining a workplace marked by trust, respect, and compliance with legal standards. Our approach fosters individual confidence based on collaborative efforts between employers and employees facilitated by effective communication. We prioritize a stimulating and creative work environment, where the employees‘ job satisfaction and well-being are integral. Our commitment extends to all aspects of the working environment, encompassing facilities, working equipment and processes, as well as organizational and interpersonal interactions. Open communication and the possibility to question behavior, norms and decisions on all levels within the company is a prerequisite to achieve an open climate in which employees can take responsibility for their work and their work situation and feel that they are an active part in growing the company.
2.2. We prioritize the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and visitors; and will maintain a safe and healthy workplace, provide necessary training, and promptly address any safety concerns.
3. Equality and Diversity
3.1. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that respects individuals’ rights and promotes mutual respect, gender equality and diversity in all aspects of our operations. This includes ensuring that working conditions are suitable for both women and men, striving for an even gender distribution. Recruitment efforts prioritize equal representation of both genders and consider qualifications and suitability as equivalent. Personal training and development programs aim to achieve gender balance.

4. Environmental & Social Responsibility
4.1. We will comply with environmental regulations and actively seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We will constantly minimize our environmental impact by adopting eco-friendly practices and efficient resource management. Examples of these practices are turning off lights and equipment when not in use, supporting remote work to reduce commuting-related emissions and encouraging employees to use sustainable transportation options such as carpooling, public transport and biking, as well as following the waste hierarchy by reducing unneccessary use of resources (like paper waste reduced through digital alternatives), reusing (like our hardware), and last but not least proper recycling.
4.2. We will respect human rights, support labor rights, and oppose the exploitation of minors. Moreover, we will actively engage with and support the communities in which we operate, contributing to their well-being and development.
5. Code Adherence & Reporting Violations
5.1. All employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners are expected to familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct. Adherence to this code is a condition of engagement with DAZOQ, and violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts or employment.
5.2. Any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported promptly to the appropriate channels within the organization. Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation, and all reports will be handled confidentially and impartially.
By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we contribute to the success and reputation of DAZOQ while fostering a workplace that is respectful, responsible, and accountable. Our collective commitment to these principles ensures that we fulfill our obligations to our stakeholders and the broader society.
